At Sploosh, we want you to absolutely love every product. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
OUR 30-DAY HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
If it's not right for you, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item for a full refund — no questions asked.
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item should be in its original condition (gently used is okay — we know you need to try it out!)
- You'll need your order number or proof of purchase
HOW TO START A RETURN
It's simple:
- Email us at contact@sploosh.co.il with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return shipping address and instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the customer's responsibility)
- Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
EXCHANGES (Size, Color, or Different Product)
Want to swap for a different size, color, or even a different product? No problem. Just contact us at contact@sploosh.co.il and we'll help you exchange your item. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right at no cost to you:
- Email us at contact@sploosh.co.il within 7 days of delivery
- Include a photo or video of the issue and your order number
- We'll send you a replacement at our expense — no need to return the original
You will NOT pay for:
- Return shipping
- Restocking fees
- Any deductions from your refund
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days on our end
- Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is processed.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of our confirmation email:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company (some banks take time to process)
- If you've done both and still don't see it, email us at contact@sploosh.co.il
CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel an order? No problem — as long as the order hasn't shipped yet:
- Email us at contact@sploosh.co.il as soon as possible
- Include your order number
- We'll cancel and refund you in full
