Thank you for shopping with Sploosh! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for full details.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Sunday-Thursday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1-2 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
SHIPPING TIMES
We ship throughout Israel from our overseas fulfillment center.
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Tracking is provided for all orders
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- FREE standard shipping on all orders
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. If you haven't received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at contact@sploosh.co.il.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Sploosh is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your property (entrance, mailroom, etc.)
- Contact your local carrier
- Contact us at contact@sploosh.co.il within 7 days of the marked delivery date
Sploosh is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We will do our best to help locate your package and may file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders are shipped from an overseas fulfillment center. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the customs authority are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume during holidays or promotions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Weather or natural events
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Sploosh is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors outside our control.
