Prices listed on our website are in Israeli Shekels (ILS) unless otherwise stated. We do our best to display accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to monitor settings, manufacturing variations, or photography lighting. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sploosh regarding the use of our Services.
